Did a pack of wolves annihilate a carriage guarded by nine people equipped with weapons and armor?
I wonder if a merchant must hire a small army to protect goods during transport in between towns.

So are we eventually gonna find out the bugs “planted” humanity as a food source or was all of that just throw-away lore for the setup
