FYI the light novel is better, however the author stopped posting anything past a certain chapter from the LN online as soon as the manga started coming.
The manga skips numerous events if it seems semi disjunctive that is because there are big time chunks missing from the LN.
The art work of the manga is not as good as the LNs by a long shot. As one person noted “all the women seem the same” likely to reduce drawing time for the panels et al. Manga is technically a lot of work, doing so by hand is even more work. Many web comics and manga these days use cell shaded 3d imaging to make it look more consistent and to allow a more complete manga without chopping lots of stuff out of the LN.
