Calling it that he is acting out the story of the human king/emperor that he got the sword and glorious cavalry from. He’s going to singlehandedly make all kingdoms (which in ancient times were considered part of the king, as the monarch was the representation of all inhabitants and the owner of all peoples and objects within a territory, so by extension all other KINGS) submit to him in the end
