This is absolutely insane. 13 year old me wouldnt understand this but this could be absolutely catastrophic if done wrong. Literally all the big guilds rely on foresight and you might think its just a small block but literally all wars going on, be it abyss war or real world war like idfk, ukraine for example. Even behind the real world scenes people use fortune telling and this basically halts all information gathering for all wars, countries, guilds, corporations and abuss hunters. Infact if ppl find out mc did this i wouldnt be suprised if half of the divine ten pulled up on mc cuz this is too dangerous
