there are different kinds of immortality but im pretty sure it was already shown in about chapter 40 (or when mc first trained in the time room) that he doesnt need to eat so im pretty sure after getting the gamer body he was granted eternal life / youth unless killed. Tho i guess he still ate food because it gave him mana

Ok so technically hasn’t he been eating the essence of enemies he defeated from like day 1? Him gaining exp could absolutely count as the monster’s essence being consumed.
