So, I’m not sure if this is a translation issue or what. We knew from prior chapters that he was a veternarian in his first life, and a good chunk of this implies that he worked in a hospital.
Are veternarian offices called hospitals in Korea/Japan/wherever the source of this is from? Do they do internships similar to medical students? This could just be a cultural thing I don’t get.

Ah yes past revealed after 17 chapters and excuse me, patients? As in he killed animals? Corruption in veterinary medicine?
