Rank or Tier was meant to be like super rare when someone is at 12 as there was like only 1 person in Korea who was 13 and something like 5 at 12
Now it’s like every other person at 12 the mc meets while all look like what should be something like rank/tier 3-4 on how they fight and the powers they have
