This is a VERY simplified form of what he did but if you got confused by him being able to do this using physics he made antibodies by combining specific atoms together, for the doll he separated the atoms enough so that they’d repel each other then when he “fixed” the doll he put them close enough to each other so that they’d attract each other.
Writer Skipped the basic education.

But anti bodies die with your old body…. in this case calling it poison resistance makes more sense, since its a skill it will carry over. But in some ways they are kinda the same thing.
As for his magic, reminds me of alchemy, where he deals with core elements of the nature and not so much the end result IE fire, water etc.

they are produced by B-lymphocytes i guess
you have to be exposed to antigens inorder to gain passive humoral immunity with antibodies generating
him having antibodies from his previous life is bullshit
