I know they rationalize MC’s soul sucking power but it always weirds me out when MC does his thing, just the whole context feels uncomfortable to read

Okay now I don’t quite understand. I thought it was the opposite – the dirtier the soul, the better, hence why everyone had such pure auras after he used this technique on them, cause he sucked up negative energy… Or am I missing something? Probably yes🤔
