This is wholesome actually. 
To be honest, Taesan was 99.9% taken over by the Heavenly demon. Up until now, the only indicator of Taesan’s soul was slight emotions or a few memories, all the rest of the story – personality, decision-making and writing are all controlled by the Heavenly Demon. Kinda strange going for the “he is still here” angle but it does give him belonging, that he never might have had even as the Heavenly Demon and closure to the original soul. Just not sure if it makes sense in terms of writing.
P.S: The mysterious soul transfer was 100% related to the Golden Wall, but he destroyed it without reading it..??
I really, really like how they made the reveal. Without bullshit and some misunderstandings. 
Love the reveal and the fact his brother can be happy for his “new and improved” brother because he is still there merged with the heavenly demon. I really like how the possession angle has been handled in this especially since the family roots almost suggest a predestined vessel
Just how many medical will join MC ? HAHAH is MC will even be dying at this point?
