How long would it take for the rest of the beastfolk to join. Also when is the empire going to get wind of this? As a city of beastfolk dosen’t seem to bold well with the king who wants more land.

I have some issues:
Making toilets out of wood? Boy are they gonna stink soon.
Secondly, why did he build single detached houses?
He should’ve built at least 2 shared walls, 1 side wall and 1 back wall. He would’ve needed to build less walls.
He could’ve also built just row houses.
Single detached houses are stupid, you need to build more, they take more to heat and take up more space for less living area. It’s not like they have gardens, and now you’ve created a lot of alleys for riff raff to hang around in.
