Honestly, probably not AS successful, but he probably would have still been doing very well for himself eventually. The only reason he made his initial millions was because of betting heavily on the Seosung recall. The only reason why he had the investment money to make that Seosung bet was because he talked his Otaku friend O.T.K. into immediately selling off the digital coins after seeing his second vision of the Foresight Eagle warning him of the marketplace’s bankruptcy. The only reason he was able to warn O.T.K. in time about the bankruptcy was because he went to O.T.K.’s place to hang out after getting dumped by her.

So the MC wouldn’t have gotten his initial millions so easily, and would have been in a much weaker position for the events that followed (so it’s unlikely that he would have been able to help CarOS get through its various hurdles), but he would still have probably started to see the Foresight Eagle again and would still be a successful investor. He just would be at a lower tier than he currently is at this point in the story.
