I am going to guess that noe is the dragon in a human body. They mentioned the dragon wanting to find a body during the ghost stories and noe’s comments seemed like he was underwhelming with the human form.

There’s no reason for them to split up they should all go to hamilton. She fought a literal dragon and got reincarnated but ghosts and magic are too far fetched, okay. Also even if she’s a sword master she’s unarmed and a child so running to confront a tail is a terrible idea.
