The repair of hospital should be covered by the criminals that come out of nowhere and attack out of the blue for no reason we know of. If they have the ability to read mind and see that the toddler got hit in the head so hard that would of killed anyone.
Never mind that all adults in that world dont have ever room temperature amount of IQ as how they talk to a 6 year old who just woken up from 12 years coma and treat her like adult. Like they basically set the fuse on fire and then started to wait when the bang goes off. Like they have no experience dealing returnees before.
