nope, in post apocalyptic scenarios there are many real world people who are either gangsters, crime bosses, or regular people / preppers who already have backup plans for such situations and would immediatly begin recruiting robbing murdering stealing and exploiting.
some preppers prepare for survival in disaster scenarios, unfortunatley for most people who want to be prepared. that is too much work with no payout if nothing happens…
so they just make plans in advance who who to gang up with, where to raid, who to murder and rob immediatly to steal the most resources for survival and power since the authorities wont be around to stop them.
