It has potential but its too dry. Other people with superpowers needs to appear, there should be items or artifacts don’t care how they appear it could be a meteor or condensation of energy creating items or both. I feel like author needs to expend more maybe create multiple organisations. but it’s only chapter 15 we’ll see what happens in the next 10 chapters.
