That magic tower guy… I genuinely thought he would be more iffy in terms of following the demon orb now. It seems like he just wants to be more powerful (presumed due to the way he thinks about the demon orb when mc talks to his deities) and he even thinks something alone the lines of the orb being useless or worthless or weak or whatever.
Seemed to me like it was making a case for the magic tower guy to bail on the demon.
