If you find your self sleeping for more than 12 hours a day. You should talk to a doctor or therapist. Depression can happen to anyone and it is nothing to be ashamed of. Sometimes just talking to somebody can do a world of good

I ain’t gonna sugarcaot it. This TL is ass. Certainly not as bad as a lot of other TLs on this site, but bad nonetheless. This is just my honest opinion, so don’t take it too seriously.
