If the MC aged, he became weak, whike side characters get even more stronger. Why’s that?

The artwork isn’t amazing but the story seems interesting and they have brought in a new angle.

After reading the comments here a few clarifications:

Eternal youth

You can die of a lot of things, but you don’t age and don’t die of old age. Often inflated / mistaken for immortality.

Immortality

You can’t die no matter what. The interior version lets you still suffer though. Like: You can age and get decrepit but you won’t die. You can suffocate with all consequences except death. You can starve with all consequences except death.
Often inflated/mistaken for: eternal youth, and invincibility.

Invincibility

You can’t get hurt. In the most potent form you don’t need food, water, nor air to survive. You still age, and can still die of old age.

And there are forms that combine two or all of the above in their most potent forms. Sometimes called true immortality. Though rarely used as such character is no fun. Often used as warning tale depicted as curse as it is an isolated ability only one person has, which gets lonely due to everybody else dieing eventually. But never as something a group of people has.
Pro tip: When you’re eventually tired of living due to being immortal. Just do drugs and be stoned out of your mind till the rest of time.
