Today Almost all Labor Unions and Guilds are either mismanaged, involved in illegal activities, or controlled by the mafia. A few years ago a small local Labor Union tried to get the employees where I was working to join them. Well we did some information digging on them. Come to find out the Union head was making $120,000 per year. His two secretaries were both making $90k per year.

Then I got a job a Honda Manufacturing and the United Auto Workers Union came and tried to get the employees to vote to join them. Well of course we said no. We get the week of the 4th of the July off as well as 2 weeks off for Christmas. Also we get yearly production bonuses that are around $5k every year. Why would we give any of that up to join the UAW. They did promise to get us a $1.25 per hour raise, but when you have to pay your dues to them it would be canceled out.

Now just remind them that the studio was live, and still is. Now that the association has admitted to hiring hunters to commit crimes there should be some backlash.
