After the gods became aware of MC, because Methusiel failed to stop him, they basically all agreed that a hands-off policy would be best, meaning that the gods would not punish MC for getting so powerful. Cleoss/Kleos, goddess of healing, contacted MC to rescue the saintess, who fell in love with him after he did. She is presently inhabiting the saintess’ body. MC later was contacted by Arang, goddess of the moon, and basically talked into becoming her worldly vessel, the Hero/Saint of Arang (technically makes him a Moon Knight?) Cleoss is angry at Arang, believing that the saintess and MC should be together, and Arang presently seems to be grooming MC to be her own partner by proxy of the moon spirit
