honestly she’s right, he’s being too much of a chunibyo as..ole.
There’s no reason to refuse helping her (as long as she doesn’t impose him to become a magician), specially when she’s ready to give significant compensation.
These last chapters have been a complete waste of time. It feels like the author just wanted to put some random shit to make the story longer.
