Memories from a previous life DO happen in this world, but to very few people, and typically very few, and forgotten during early childhood.
I remembered vividly my last death since I was a toddler, but nothing else; and I kept remembering it because it was shocking and kept coming back for several years.
And definitly not something a todler could imagine.
I have read of others people saying that they had memories from previous lives, but no way to know which were genuine.
I just know it CAN happen.
