I don’t know if anyone else caught on to this while reading this chapter, but calling that noble girl well-bred is crazy!
The thing about the clothespins, they could be built by medieval craftsmen. They would need to draw wire which is difficult, but not too difficult, it was needed for the production of chainmail. The problem is that they could not create the proper grade of steel. Spring Steels would just be beyond them. Springs made from available steel would not spring back one bent open. But, there is also a good type of clothespin made from a single piece of wood that are just as good.
if i had this as someone from the USA i would be a god in under a month just thinking of lmg to rpg you can get it all
