Art is also weirdly value… Unless the “black hole” doesn’t takes artwork, you can make profits and spend back on to that world goods… If that ShangriLa doesn’t give back that world currency… Then just make some.

you can never go wrong with this one, but it’s quite addictive. 
The downside to online shopping. What happens to the money used by the mc with his superpower. It’s like a blackhole, it will take everything in exchange for almost whatever you desire.
One thing that the mc could do is sale high value items like gold, silver and gemstones to the online shop power, even garbage items like that rusted sword from earlier, get a huge high value exchange value to sale cheap items from Earth and develop a wealth that does not destabilize the economy of this world.
As for modern technology that he buys and summons, it simple, two words, magic items. Any advance technology would easily mistake as magical items, even spell casters could mistake them as magic items, even if they show they have magic, thinking they are so advance that they can’t detect the magic source.

1 dont use coin try to find some renewable thing that is sold and buy it with the coin you get
2 DONT SHOW PEOPLE YOUR HOME AND NEVER SHOW YOUR OP TECH never trust anyone (maybe your wife if you get one)

i love it
To start, this is a fun, light-hearted little manga. But it does have some weaknesses. Some of the comments of the main character are just plain weird. 38 is not old, and damn sure isn’t of an age where a guy would not be interested in a good-looking naked woman. And the world-building has a number of holes in it, as if it were being thought up by someone with very limited life experiences. The plot isn’t that bad, but it does take a bit of work to suspend disbelief when jarred by the inconsistencies that crop up.
