So I don’t exactly understand the situation between Liness and Davy’s Mother. But from what I gathered they might have been friends, but then the Duke guy forced or manipulated Liness to kill Davy’s Mother for some reason. And Liness is a crazy old blonde hag who doesn’t know where to put her anger, so she is traumatized from a youg age and is just too caught up in her delusions

This is fucking stupid , it’s like Hollywood , no matter what the female villain does , they will try so hard to justify it ? No matter what and how grusome and evil deeds a female commits , they have to fucking shove some excuse to slightly make them look sympathetic to a certain extent . They will never be made to face the consequences of their actions and suffer as punishment. It’s always like that , so infuriating to see the queen bitch die so easily , pathetic weak and cowardly writers , she deserves to be tortured and should have been made to beg for death as mercy along with her children . Made sure to regret and despair forcibly . Or else there is no point in taking revenge in the first place if it was going to be at this pathetic level .

I hope we are not near the end. Last arc for rebellion suppression was a bit lackluster. I’m hoping his reincarnation will lead to some grand adventure rather than fixing his family related issues.
i’m not even angry on the queen anymore, the king and MC’s mother allegedly “betrayed” her so her hatred towards MC is understandable, she being a puppet by her own father who wants the kingdom on his own and who started the rebellion and her son who takes their attitude on their grandfathers and the king that is incompetent until the end. i don’t know anymore, i just wanna read some manhua guys

Summary . Queen Liness (rather screwed up after mother killed before her eyes by her father and taught she was only valuable as political tool) was married to the king by her power hunger father. She basicall hated everyone but maybe loved the king a little and loved / idolized her children.
The King ‘betrayed her by falling in love with , and marrying a new woman, Davey’s mother. Queen Liness actually wanted the new queen REMAIN LIVING as a focus of her hatred and an object to relieve her spite on. But Davies mother BETRAYED her (her words) by drinking poison in front of her when things got bad enough and the King did not control it.
She never found life worth living and so is happy to die also.
