Ok, honestly I still think the female doctor is retarded wh*re deserving of a cancer. She heard their plan before she got to the clinic and could call the MC to warn him. She did jack shit. Seriously author managed to change character I didn’t care at all into one that I hope dies in a painful and prolonged way.
