What is the TL on about?
In a previous chapter (which I can’t find by skimming through the chapters*) when Albert “Mad Dog” first was introduced, it was said he sold a highly addictive substance against the will of the main family.
It was then, that he also was referred to as “Mad Dog”.
It was only very brief, tho. Only 1 to panels in one chapter, then promptly overshadowed by other things.
*= After chapter 7 before chapter
