If someone has no magic power, then they just lose, and that’s it. What’s the big deal here? Oh, right, 10 000 magicless people could just sign up and at least a few should pass with 4 out of 5 wins needed. But so what? They wouldn’t affect the mages, if only it’d only make it easier for them. Unless they know how to cast science magic.
