if I were in their place I would never provoke the no.1 player in the verse like cooperating and being friends with him is far profitable than attacking him
Why didn’t they station the cannons above the gorge?
Given the way the gorge looked, the cannons could have easily been lifted with cranes.
They would have been able to make optimal use of the height advantage.
Lakrak is basically a living legend at this point
In a choke point and is using outdated warfare tactics, I wonder if he is a noble who bribed people for the job but has no idea what he is doing. The book Art of War was written for dumb bass nobles with common sense stuff in it, since they have never actually fought in a battle 9 times out of 10.
Love how the author simplified the battle strategy, not too complicated and not too technical. 
I didn’t think Lakrak would struggle against the other player creation… I guess their level must be pretty high

If they wanted to ambush, they should have let them walk into the trap.
Letting the funnel work, instead of harm. Stand at the exit of the canyon not the entrance. Where you can bring more numbers to bear and they said their mobility was superior on the cliffs, if not luring them in, then what’s the use of it?
Did they expect to get pushed and pushed slowly giving ground into the canyon?
They waited too long and their strat was to simple no enemy would walk into a trap unless they had a plan in mind

Metal skulls on each cannon is such a waste of materials, I’m glad they’re losing.
I know someone’s going to down vote this but I do want nebula to lose even a minor loss so it isn’t always just they fight nebula wins and repeat
Hmmmm, i know this is a fantasy setting but i just had to say it.
Firstly the early cannons especially land cannons are effective around 100m-200m distance. Unless its a ship cannon then its possible to hit it from the distance shown which i assume is pass 300m.
Secondly Satyrs are known for using archery. As good as the elves. So its reasonable to position thousands of them on top of the hill which some already are and start shooting from atop. With how tall the mountains are they could easily reach the cannons and i barely see any lizard men wielding shields.
third. The Satyrs (Goatmen) are great mountain climbers, why are they funneling themselves into this kill box willingly? They can just retreat and reorganize. Then use a different path like what the archers used. As satyrs they have so much more options than just narrow flat paths.
Read too much kingdom. I enjoy the Civilization building more this series has to offer, so decent combat is fine. As long as this negligence doesn’t repeat for the rest its fine.
