Still I do not believe that this elf with MC is male. What I found: Eldar is portrayed as a female elf in the manhwa, yet he is referred to as he/him. Eldar is male in the novel. In-game, Eldar was ranked 3400
So, I think, originally he was a male player but in this world he reincarnated as female. So what we see there is female elf

I see why i liked this so much the first time i read it
