What if he just uses his sorc fireballs and switches classes to rapidly gain exp for each of them right before the enemies die?

Don’t really see the point of leveling up spearman…
Swordman for melee, sorcerer for magic, thief for stealth and stealing, hunting for tracking, apothecary for the cash and cheap potions
Blacksmithing might be fun for getting lots of weapons cheap but seems risky since need a forge and he is posing as a sorcerer.
Archery maybe part of hunter? In any case he has ranged dps from sorcerer.
Surprised he isn’t leveling up butcher while dismantling (cutting off ears, tusks or horns)
Appraiser obviously he needs to level up.
