Ok, the bit where the grandfather said women should be in the shadow of men is very forced dialog.
Even during what looks like the late medieval early reneissanse era women had large amount of power(contrairy to popular belief that women had no power).

If so, he should be notified, as he will wish to return the castle and it’s lands to nature as soon as possible. Simply by telling the Castle to revert to Nature.
