A transcendental is someone who has exceeded human limits. Jesse is still in the middle of her Archmage class quest, so she’s still just a regular mage. There’s no way that Jesse overcame the barrier to become a transcendental faster than she completed the bare minimum quest to become an Archmage.
Also, Jesse wouldn’t address Lee Hoyeol as “Top Mage Lee Hoyeol”. She isn’t close enough with him to speak that informally, and no one in the Mage Tower calls him by that title.

did she really say “how did you know” when she disguised herself in a place where only people who can see through her disguise can enter basically
You can see by the towermasters nails she isnt human but a dragon. Well if you think about it, dragons is masters of magic most of the time
