Gotta admit it was hard not laughing at how uncomfortable Dias looked in that monkey suit there at the end, but it comes with the territory of being a noble now I suppose. Whether he likes it or not, a duke has to look the part, even if only in public. Clever of Eldan’s mother to both offer a apropos gift to someone she approves of while simultaneously supporting her son’s little narrative here, but I suppose she would have to be clever to both survive his father’s court when he was still in power and keep Eldan from being persecuted as a mixed blood individual.
And Dias, whether you like it or not, Aruna’s gonna have her way one of these days. She’s far too smitten with you now to ever give up, and I gotta say it’s hilarious seeing how far she goes to try to arrange it as such. Also funny to see Francis’s little speech there, guess he was more than willing to help things along.
