I was a little suspicious of the blue haired girl, but it is great that she is his teacher, and she doesn’t seem to care what his allegiance is. So now he has another powerful ally that will beat him up and make him stronger
It really is quite unexpected that Marnaks master was this Blue Flame Priestess, reminds me of Goblins Slayer or Undercover Academy Mage. It seems the Avatars of the Dark Gods can transform their Avatars into something like them. An inferior version, like if you were a crab god you’d make your avatar like a crab.

That was unexpected. I thought the blue haired girl was out to kill MC. I am starting to suspect that maybe the church doesn’t hate the corruption goddess as much as the others…
