Best way would be to slowly accumulate the loyalty of homunculi under the other royals , then all of the right info would be in her hands and she can act without worry , because the royals don’t see the homunculi as threats which is why they lost to the future Rebellion.

well that’s not good. I know she needed to earn favor, but not too much to attract her sibling’s jealousy to start scheming.
