I found the actual chapter 41 on another site. The bad guy is the prince of a neighboring kingdom. The laugh off the attack by Lia as the act of a cranky toddler. The prince then beats a hasty retreat claiming “urgent business”. Later Lia informs the people close to her that he was the one who attacked them while traveling. They decide they can’t press charges based on a toddlers testimony but the nation is now on guard regarding them.
