I would be petty, I would use the earth shield as a wall, and run away using it as a decoy. Just fleeing with the wall blocking me from its line of sight. He used the shield to protect himself, why should I fight before the shield gets any use? If I felt I could defeat, it would be only after everyone else has fled, except the shield. If I felt we could defeat as a team, I would use the shield as an anchor point, attack then hide behind the shield when it attacks. I mean, run behind it, and drop to the ground, in prone position. I doubt the shield could block everything, and as long as it don’t know where we are, I should be somewhat safe.
