Just recently learned that the origins of the golem creature comes from a Jewish mystic using kabbala magick to gather clay and create a sentient creature, similar to how god created humans from clay, that golem was to protect the jews at that time, the golem also had 3 Hebrew letters inscribed on its forehead that meant death
