Okay I feel that is a little too selfish of him. He’s been rejecting her all this while on his whim, and now he immediately goes for the kiss just because he changed his mind coz he was feeling lonely
She is at most 17 years old
And he’s 103 old
I kinda want to see the Hero and his party fight against the MC after they defeat the Demon Lord 
It had to come, hadn’t it? The sooner, the better and this was a nice situation to take advantage of

Too fast for my liking, I wish it had taken at least a chapter to develop well. Not that I don’t want the MC to admit his feelings but man, just 5 pages and that’s it. This allowed for more development
