I think it would qualify as Bitaur (american Duotaur but we know how this one will be commented) because there are two (horse and bull/minotaur) mixed together. But on the other hand micing non humanoid creatures is chimera territory or if it are more it becomes an omnitaur.
But given the bull on the upper side has humanoid features i conclude with Bitaur

that’s not a centaur… but I’m not a reincarnated arch mage so I guess my opinion doesn’t matter
