I don’t know how and why but all of it went BAD pretty fast 
These dungeons and stuff must be the previous life doing as the part mc dont remember. Just to force the mc to get stronger as it seemed he give up after he cured his sister as that was his goal. While the previous life goal was to get stronger as for the reason of the reincarnation too
It feels like the author had a rough draft and that was it. He’s just making shit up on a whim and has NO clear direction.
Pretty sure his previous incarnation decided that his death was bullshit and found a parallel universe, created the dungeon system within it in order to provide a justification to grow stronger, created a system within that dungeon system which would allow him to grow to an unprecedented strength, then reincarnated himself over, but with some memories conveniently left out so he’d be motivated. I don’t think he expected to end up with a little sister and the expected little sister complex.
No Gods are just a punishment quest for unlocking his true strength.
