Wow, the first half of this chapter really enraged me quite a lot. 
Thankfully they failed at the last second. That said, this summoner also doesn’t know when to quit, that his summoned beast is completely outclassed by the Dragon. Unless he has something better or his party members are stronger than him, which I doubt. Seika showed no reaction to them, so they are definitely weaker than that self righteous egotistic Elf.
Man if the people in that country act like that, they all deserve to be burned.

You forcing someone to do something isn’t right and just because you some kind of prince doesn’t make it more right for you to force that person to do it. Plus the other elf didn’t do anything and just watched that other elf she helped her because when you see someone in distress don’t act like a fool and think that you’re doing it for them. If they’re in distress just don’t do it. The prince itself was pretty much a fool for believing that he was making the right decision the guy thought that he was freeing the elf but in reality he was more likely hurting a friendly relationship with someone.
Glad they were able to get by without causing an international incident, at least. Both of those idiots still deserve a smack on the head. The Elf for running off with biases and assumptions to reach her conclusions, the Prince for being easily led around by the nose, while disregarding everyone elses will but their own. Matter of Ifa was bad enough, there are those shifty adventurers, which apparently, they didn’t even bother doing a background check on the party, and at the worst could have caused an ecologial disaster by antagonizing a Dragon.
