The mc should really start carrying around pigs blood or something. Its shown he could heal from dogs blood carrying a bag full of pigs blood would save him in like 90% of the issues hes faceing.
As soon as his oppents starts bleeding hes basically won the fight and cant die he just needs blood for that little push at the beginning of fights to make them start bleeding.
If the mc carried blood on him at the beggining of fights such as when he was being surrounded by all those guns he could easily push forwards using the blood hes carrying until he killed atleast one gunman then its just a snowball effect of more and more blood that he can heal off, his only limit would be his mental strenth which has already been shown to be very high.
