Age is not really relevant in this sort of martial world where aging comes to a halt when you hit your prime, as long as your cultivation level is high. Different rule for men who tend to value aged wisdom over youthful looks, but even they can retain a youthful appearance if they so choose.

So the sword empress is younger than this woman who is 60 years old meaning the sword empress should be at least below 60 and that mean she should be in the mid-thirties to fifties since when she was 16 she made a challenge and was never defeated for decades which is plural meaning it must be more than one.
