So, he has a time travel skill? He finished at noon the day before the deadline. That means an absolute maximum of 60 hours to complete over 100 separate tasks. Even if the town was small, travel should have occupied half of that time, and much of the rest would be just saying hello to the people who were interested or in the way. It’s one thing to say he’s super strong and never stops working, quite another to say that the laws of physics don’t apply to him.
