There’s a new Sheriff in town hombres, he even has a kerchief worn around the neck western style.
This is the plot type that makes me want to be a 5-year-old and smash every one’s things and fling poo at them all. Everyone seems to be a user and is a shitty person. Nothing would have made me stay at that school after i was told he screwed me over, id have gone home shot my dad a bit (not killed him) and took enough cash to live on and rolled. Change my name and appearance intent to never return and if anyone came after me id would fight them to the death.
What were these two doing while the students were getting beaten up by the aristocrat buffoons ?
His father said he can “force him”. The MC didn’t seem to hear it, since he was lost in thought and interrupted him after. There is no “peaceful” when living in society. Actually, the term “peaceful” is relative. What he wants might seem near possible if he stayed in the woods.

And if your father swindled you, just drop out & go confront him. Or leave and get a new identity. But to stay in that school for nothing sounds like the worse.
