the moment she mentioned money I was already thinking you should have left me for dead. MC is obviously broke. this is definitely one of those cases where I say death would have been a preferable alternative.
that and I could have sued the hospital for restoring me to health but then I had to pay. I really should apply for a DNR someday.

that’s actually terrible. like, she kept the loot all to herself, then claimed that he owed her after he saved her life multiple times.

I think his answer to ‘Have I ever lied to you’? should have been, ‘Not that I know of’. They were a ‘party’, and she made some money but she’s not telling him that.
