I don’t understand why they’re not using the demon lord faction as scapegoats for why they knew so much about the demons coming and their abilities. It’s the only thing that makes sense as to why they showed annihilation of the demon Lord faction just before this fight took place. I figured it was one of those novelist term situations… red herrings, writers lantern, whatever it’s called.
